l) Variation of Condition 3 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/03621/PLF (Erection of a two storey and single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing single storey extension and erection of a single storey outbuilding to rear) to allow an enlarged single storey extension to the rear at 27 Market Place South Cave HU15 2BS (Ref: 24/00567/VAR)

Proposals (a,b,f) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (g,k) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (f,i,j) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (e) is a major development.
