NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY STOPPING UP ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257

PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY SB32 IN THE PARISH OF TOWCESTER (PART BETWEEN TIFFIELD ROAD AND THE A43) STOPPING UP ORDER 2024

The above Order was made on 12th March 2024. The effect of the Order will be to stop up part of Public Bridleway SB32 in the Parish of Towcester between Tiffield Road and the A43, shown by a bold black line on the order map, running from Point A on the order map at national grid reference (NGR) SP6918 5007, in a generally easterly and then south easterly direction to Point B on the order map at NGR SP6943 4997 having a length of 271 metres and has no recorded width. For the avoidance of doubt the dotted bold black line on the order map is part of the Public Right of Way SB32 that is to be retained.

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at West Northamptonshire Council, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester NN12 6AD between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday or at https://wnc.planning-register.co.uk/Planning/Display/2023/5102/FPATH

Copies of the Order and map may be purchased for £10.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Assistant Director for Planning, West Northamptonshire Council, The Forum, Moat Lane, Towcester NN12 6AD, email Planning@ westnorthants.gov.uk not later than 11th April 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, West Northamptonshire Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representation and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
