PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. 18) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) to amend “The Northamptonshire County Council (Various Roads, Northampton) (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2018” as specified in the Schedule below.

A COPY of the Order may be inspected at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northants, NN6 9BX at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700. A copy of the Order can also be obtained on request by emailing WNCParkingenquiries@ kier.co.uk.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose. The Order will become effective on 18th March 2024.
