TEMPORARY CLOSURE C55 HORSEFAIR LANE (NEWENT TOWN) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C55 Horsefair Lane Road from outside the property known as ‘Homestead’ to outside of the Van Car Park for a total distance of approximately 58 metres.
The reason for the closure is for remedial works by Severn Trent Water.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF B4632 PRESTBURY ROAD (PITTVILLE WARD) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the B4632 Prestbury Road from its junction with the Pittville Circus (roundabout) to its junction with Whaddon Road for a distance of approximately 140 metres.
The reason for the closure is for replacement of Street Lighting columns.
The said road is expected to be closed from
18th March 2024 until 19th March 2024 - 09:30am and 15:30pm each day And 25th March 2024 until 26th March 2024 - 09:30am and 15:30pm each day

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close the 401205 Sellars Road from its junction with Green Lane to its junction with Westland Road for a distance of approximately 195 metres.
The reason for the closure is for safe access during works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF A430 BRUTON WAY (NORTHBOUND)(WESTGATE WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY
Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of A430 Bruton Way from the junction adjacent to Station Approach in a northbound direction for an approximate distance of 100 metres.
The reason for the closure and restrictions is for safety during Crane operation and dismantling of Tower Crane.
The roads are expected to be closed between 06:00hrs on 16th March 2024 to 22:00 on 17th March 2024 only or until the works have been completed. However, as this operation is weather dependant the following weekend (23rd March 2024 to 24th March 2024) will be closed if necessary. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 47703 ST JAMES (QUEDGELEY TOWN) GLOUCESTER CITY
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 47703 St James, Quedgeley from the ‘Zebra Crossing’ to outside the property known as ‘Beech Green Primary School’ for a distance of approximately 40 metres.
The reason for the closure is for Telecommunication works.
There will be no stopping waiting or loading during the Works
The said road is expected to be closed between the hours of 09:30hrs and 15:00hrs on each of the following dates 20th, 21st and 22nd March 2024 AND 3rd April 2024 only or until the said works have been completed. The reason for the said closure is for ash die back tree works.
There will be no stopping or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The said roads are expected to be closed on a “rolling programme”, commencing 2nd April 2024, between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs each day, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect. This Order may permit the closure of the said roads in any order, or simultaneously as required, and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st March 2025.
