What is happening?

Temporary Road Closure, Suspension Of With-Flow Bus Lane And Prohibition Of Right Turn – A325 Farnborough Road, Rushmoor

Notice Is Hereby Given that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road. 

Road To Be Closed: that part of the A325 Farnborough Road Ham & Blackbird Roundabout between the exit and entry points on the northern side.  

Alternative Route: A325 north to Bradfords Roundabout, A325 southbound.

Suspension Of With-Flow Bus Lane: that part of A325 Farnborough Road Ham & Blackbird Roundabout between the entrance to Spectrum Point and the northbound exit from the roundabout, to allow all traffic to use the Bus Lane.

Temporary Prohibition Of Right Turn: Turning right is prohibited on the following road:

• A325 Farnborough Road turning right in to Highgate Lane

Duration Of Order: from 1st April 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.  (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 3 weeks, and in operation for 24 hours a day). 

The above restrictions have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Shannon Pipe Contractors Ltd to carry out gas works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: ben@spcl.co.uk
