What is happening?

Notice Of Intent Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 22Bb (As amended )Exmoor National Park Authority Public Bridleway Wl6-17 Parish Of Cutcombe Temporary Traffic Regulation  Order 2024 Notice Is Hereby Given That Exmoor National Park Authority intends to make an Order under Section 22BB of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The Order is being made because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to building works. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit ALL TRAFFIC from using part of Public Bridleway WL6-17 (between OSGR SS 9179 3999 and SS 9190 4006)at Ford Farm in the Parish of Cutcombe, that are more particularly described in the order and shown on the plan attached to it. The Order will come into force on 25th March2024 and will remain in force for six months. An alternative route is provided via a permitted bridleway.
