Various Roads, Peterborough - Changes to Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places

NOTICE OF MAKING (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA)
(WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) AMENDMENT NO. 91 ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act as amended by the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Schedule 9 Part III of the 1984 Act has made the above order.

The Council of the City of Peterborough made the above Order on the 14th day of March 2024 which amended and introduced further parking restrictions to The Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2013 to the extent only as set out below. In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.

This Amendment Order will come into operation on the 6th day of May 2024 and may be cited as The Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Amendment No.91 Order 2023.

This Order amends and introduces parking restrictions as shown on the following mapped schedules area code reference:

Schedule 2 – List of Eligible Streets

Numbers 2, 4 & 6 Knole Walk to entry for Buckland Close
