Hysbysir Drwy Hyn Bod Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 20fed Mawrth 2024 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 20fed Mawrth 2024 a’r 16eg Ebrill 2024. Sylwch y gall dyddiadau newid yn dibynnu ar gynnydd y gwaith.
2. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu Dŵr Cymru i wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad.
3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd atal dros dro defnyddio y Mannau Parcio ar yr A466 Stryd St James, Trefynwy, Sir Fynwy. Mannau Parcio i’w hatal ar yr A466 Stryd St James, Trefynwy rhwng Eiddo rhif 12 i 14 – Eiddo rhif 24 Stryd St James, Trefynwy ac Eiddo rhif 17 – Eiddo rhif 3 Stryd St James, Trefynwy.
4. Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Stryd A466, Stryd St James, Sir Fynwy, 2024.
5. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice 2024

Notice Is Hereby Given That Monmouthshire County Council of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers con- ferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 20th March 2024 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 20th March 2024 and 16th April 2024. Please note that dates may be subject to change dependant on the progress of the works.
2. The Order is necessary to allow for additional space to facilitate the safe operation of Dwr Cymru Welsh Water works.
3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily suspend the Park- ing Bays on A466 St James Street, Monmouth, Monmouth- shire. Parking Bays to be suspended on A466 St James Street, Monmouth between Property no.12to14 – Property no.24 St James Street, Monmouth and Property no.17 – Property no.3 St James Street, Monmouth.
4. This order may be cited as the A466 St James Street, Mon- mouth, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024
5. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition im- posed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
