What is happening?
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Netherfield Road, Polmont from 09:30 until 18:00 on 15/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Salmon Inn Road, Polmont in a northerly direction for approximately 5 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Salmon Inn Road, Buchanan Gardens, Netherfield Road or vice versa.
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Abbotsinch Road, Grangemouth from 09:30 until 15:30 on 15/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for telecommunication works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Westerton Road in a southerly direction for approximately 60 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Westerton Road, Abbotsinch Road or vice versa.
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Shore Road, Airth from 08:00 until 18:00 on 17/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for telecommunication works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to Main Street in a northerly direction for approximately 75 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: The Wilderness, Netherby Road, Graham Terrace, Main Street or vice versa.
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on C66 California Road, Maddiston from 07:30 on 18/03/24 until 18:00 on 20/03/24 . The prohibition is to allow for telecommunications to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes from a point adjacent to MacArthur in a westerly direction for approximately 225 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: California Road, Main Road, B805, Maddiston Road, C14 Sunnyside Road, C14 Standrigg Road, C66 California Road or vice versa.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in Cumbrae Drive, Falkirk from 08:00 on 18/03/24 until 17:00 on 31/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for utility works to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Cumbrae Drive, Falkirk from a point adjacent to Brodick Place in an easterly direction on both sides for approximately 45 metres or thereby.
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in Livingston Drive, Bo'ness from 09:30 until 18:00 on 20/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for ironwork repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Livingston Drive, Bo'ness from a point adjacent to Dean Road in an easterly direction on both sides for approximately 60 metres or thereby.
