(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024
Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (GARDEN STREET & ST GEORGES LANE, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024), is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 3 as follows:
The prohibition will be operative from 1701 hours on Thursday 29th February 2024 until 2359 hours on Thursday 31st October 2024 or until completion of the works within this period. Access will be maintained wherever and whenever possible.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on Monday 26th February 2024 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (GARDEN STREET & ST GEORGES LANE, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE BOROUGH)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024”
