B6050, Cutthorpe - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
B6050, CUTTHORPE
WHEN: 01 April to 30 September 2024 (any 10 days within this period)
WHERE: B6050, Cutthorpe between a point adjacent to The Cottages for a distance of 450m in an easterly direction.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway surface dressing works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B6050 (from point of closure), B6051, B6150, Ashgate Road, Main Road, Hemming Green, Unnamed Road through Wigley, B6050 (to point of closure) and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
