What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
FOOTPATH CLOSURE EXTENSION
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.67 (PART) CHARLESWORTH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 16th March 2023 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Public Footpath No.67 (part) from the Parish Boundary to its junction with Public Footpath No.71 has been further continued.
Alternative route: No alternative route is recommended.
The Public Footpath will be closed until 22nd March 2025 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to facilitate public safety due to damage to the step structure.
Derbyshire County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the closure.
