Various Roads, Amber Valley - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
VARIOUS ROADS, AMBER VALLEY
WHEN: 01 April to 30 September 2024 (for a period of no more than 10 individual days)
WHERE:
Asher Lane, Pentrich (between its Jct. with Butterley Lane and Main Road)
Back Lane, Pentrich
New Road, Ambergate (between its Jct. with Riverdale and Crich Lane)
Burley Lane, Quarndon (between its Jct. with Derby Road and The Common)
Charles Street, Leabrooks
REASON: To facilitate carriageway surface dressing and associated works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Appropriate diversion routes will be signed accordingly.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
