B1341 ADDERSTONE HALL TO LUCKER ROAD BAMBURGH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B1341 Adderstone Hall To Lucker Road Bamburgh for a distance 40 metres 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 20th March 2024 until the 21st March 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 20th March 2024 until the 21st March 2024 between the hours of 23:20 and 05:30 during this period.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the B1341, A1, C65, C63, B1341 and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Network Rail to lift out the level crossing to allow tamper to work through the area.
