Field Drive - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
FIELD DRIVE, SHIREBROOK
WHEN: 18th March 2024 to 22nd March 2024 (08:00 to 16:00 Weekday working only)
WHERE: Field Drive, Shirebrook, (from a point approximately 131 metres north of its junction with Vale Drive, across Acreage Lane onto Central Drive for an approximate distance of 160 metres).
REASON: To facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Field Drive, Vale Drive, Recreation Drive, Church Drive, Long Lane, Central Drive and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
