Snakemoor Lane, Temporary Road Closure Due To Works On The Road

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - SNAKEMOOR LANE - BOTLEY, EASTLEIGH AND DURLEY, WINCHESTER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order (Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Snakemoor Lane between its junction with B3354 Botley Road, Botley and its junction with Stapleford Lane, Durley.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B3354, B3037, B2177, Wintershill, Durley Street, Durley Brook Road.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 26th March 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day between the hours 09:30-15:30).

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
