(A703 Craigburn Layby South Of Leadburn) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024

The Scottish Borders Council (A703 Craigburn Layby South of Leadburn) (Temporary Closing) Order 2024 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 13 March 2024 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 06:00 and 18:00. The Order is required in the interests of public safety while a Police Scotland survey is taking place.

When the Order comes into effect, in the interests of public safety, save on the instructions of Police Scotland no person shall (i) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle, and (ii) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked, along the Craigburn Layby on the A703 south of Leadburn.
