(PUBLIC FOOTPATH No 46 (PART) CHEADLE PARISH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020
On 8 February 2024 Staffordshire County Council (“the Authority”) certified the above Order, the effect of which is to divert that part of Public Footpath No 46 Cheadle commencing at Grid Reference 399645 344187 and running in a generally south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 343 metres to Grid Reference 399859 343932 onto a line commencing at Grid Reference 399645 344187 and running up a flight of steps and along the top of an earth bund in a generally southerly and then south south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 280 metres to Grid Reference 399758 343944. The footpath then continues in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 103 metres to Grid Reference 399859 343932 as shown on the Order Map
A copy of the Order and Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at the offices of Staffordshire County Council, Corporate Reception, 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford, ST16 2DH Mon-Fri. 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (AS AMENDED)
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 4 (PART) CHEADLE PARISH TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the section of Public Footpath No. 4 Cheadle Parish from a point approximately 37 metres north of its junction with Ashbourne Road for approximately 345 metres in a north-westerly direction.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to the dangerous condition of several mature Ash trees growing to the side of the path.
No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of public footpath to be closed and the unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 28/3/24 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 15/6/23 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
High St, Duke St and Burton St, Tutbury. Due to unforeseen circumstances the works (which were due to take place on 26/6/23 have been delayed and are now due to start on 25/3/24). The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the remedial to surface course defect, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the manhole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 12/3/24 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of:

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the replacing a defective manhole, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the boundary box renewal works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
