NOTICE OF MAKING VARIATION ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE WYRE FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES)
ORDER 2023 (VARIATION NO. 4)
Wyre Forest District Council hereby gives notice to vary parking charges and charges for parking season tickets under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The Order shall come into effect on 1 April 2024 and shall have the following effect: The fees payable at the parking places listed in Column 1 are to be varied from the amounts listed in Column 2 to those listed Column 3.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by legislation, or that any legislative requirement has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from 1 April 2024, apply to the High Court.
