VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)

CWRT Y VIL PLAYING FIELDS, PENARTH

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that the Vale of Glamorgan Council intends to lease land and buildings at Cwrt Y Vil Playing Fields, St Marks Roads, Penarth, which includes open space land, to Old Penarthians RFC. The land will continue to be open space accessible to the public.

A plan identifying the land may be examined on the Council's website at www.valeofglamorgan. gov.uk/en/our_council/legal_notices

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Environment & Housing Services, The Alps Depot, Alps Quarry Road, Wenvoe, CF5 6AA or by email to C1V@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk marked FAO Miles Punter, Director of Environment & Housing Services by no later than 29th March 2024.
