NORTH SOMERSET COUNCIL
NOTICE OF VARIATION: OFF-STREET PARKING VARIOUS CHANGES
Notice is hereby given that North Somerset Council in exercise of its
powers under Sections 32,33,34,35 and Part IV of schedule 9 and
35c of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act”) and
under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the 2004 Act) and all other
enabling powers proposes to make various changes as detailed and
will be cited as the North Somerset Council (Various sites) (Off-street
Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2017 (Variation 4).
The new charges that apply will change as shown below from 8am
on Monday 8 April 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that North Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 46A Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the Scale of Initial Charges detailed in Article 37 of the North Somerset Council (Prohibition of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2022.
