TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

TTRO 7772 - Holmes Chapel Road in Shakerley Ward

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit/restrict traffic on the following length of road in Shakerley Ward to enable Installation of 1100m of ducting works to be carried out by BT Openreach.

Holmes Chapel Road - ** Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used for the conveyance of persons goods or merchandise to or from any premises situate on or adjacent to the lengths of road or in connection with agriculture building construction works of repair and the like or use in an emergency of vehicles for fire brigade ambulance or police purposes. A through route will not always be available and any vehicles not requiring access to properties on the length of road should use the alternative routes.

The Order will come into force on 11th March 2024 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately 7 weeks to complete.

Alternative routes for through traffic - Traffic should proceed via Holmes Chapel Road, Byley Road, Centurion Way, Holmes Chapel Road Roundabout, King Street, New King Street, Lichfield Street, King Street Dual Southbound, King Street Dual Northbound, Morrisons Roundabout, Rudheath Roundabout, Shurlach Road, Pennys Lane.

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL

PTRO771 (7 Bond Street, Northwich)

(REVOCATION OF DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACE)

ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the order will be to revoke the parking place for disabled persons outside 7 Bond Street, Northwich.

2. Full details showing the proposals are contained in the draft order which, together with a map showing the affected area; the Council's statement of reasons for making the order and a copy of this Notice, may be examined during the usual office hours at the following offices;

• Winsford Area Highways Office, Browning Way, Woodford Park, Winsford, CW7 2RB

• Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, Cheshire, CW7 1AH

3. All objections and other representations relating to the order must be made in writing and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made, to the undersigned quoting reference PTRO771 by 1st April 2024.

(MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM) ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council propose to make an order under Section 1, 2 and 4 to the Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers.

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit stopping at specified times on the lengths of road specified in the schedule. Full details of the proposals are in the draft Order together with a plan showing the extent of the proposal may be viewed in the public notices section of the council's website. Copies may be obtained by emailing highways@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order or to any provisions contained in it, you may do so in writing specifying the grounds on which it is made, to the undersigned quoting reference PTRO 775 by 29 March 2024.

SCHEDULE 1 - NO STOPPING ON SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR MARKING (MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 5PM)

Cinder Hill, Whitegate (northwest side) - On the northwest side from a point 19.4 metres southwest of the centreline of Grange Lane for a distance of 51 metres in a south westerly direction.
