Laburnum Grove - Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting
What is happening?

Portsmouth City Council (Laburnum Grove) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.31) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council intends to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 27th March 2024 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
LABURNUM GROVE
Outside No. 15 to No. 19 and No. 16 to No. 24 (on both sides).
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate large vehicles moving in and out of work site.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 27th March 2024 to 26th September 2025 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
