What is happening?

THE FIFE COUNCIL (U023 LESLIE

TO FALKLAND ROAD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2024

Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic of U023 Leslie to Falkland Road (from Skene Quarry Access Road, Leslie to 20MPH Limit, Falkland).

The Order is to allow carriageway resurfacing works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 20/03/24 to 28/03/24 or until earlier completion of the works. The alternative route for through traffic will be via High St, Leslie; A911; Western Ave (B969), Glenrothes; A92(T); A912; and Pleasance, East Port and High St, Falkland. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained. Residential access will be maintained via the alternative route.
