ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF OLD HAM LANE, PEDMORE) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make an Order, the effects of which will be the temporary of Old Ham Lane, Pedmore (outside nos 46-35 Old Ham Lane). The purpose of the restrictions is to safely facilitate gas mains replacement works on or near the affected road. The Order will come into force on Monday 25 March 2024 and the works are anticipated to be completed on Friday 5 April 2024. The Order may remain in force for a period of up to 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. Diversions for all vehicular traffic shall be via: Ham Lane, Wollescote Road, and vice versa. Access to frontages and for emergency services will be maintained where safe to do so.
