TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, In exercise of Its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below to control traffic.
WHERE & WHAT: Bird's Hill Road, Poole - parking bays suspended outside Nos. 2 to 4A -no parking, no waiting, no loading, unloading.
WHEN:
Monday 18 March up to and including Friday 29 March 2024.WHY:
To facilitate works by Wessex Water to an air valve chamber under two-way temporary signals on Bird's Hill Road.ACCESS:
Full Emergency Service access will be maintained.VIEW AT:
https://one.network/?tm=136862716These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
