NOTICE OF VARIATION OF PARKING CHARGES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oadby and Wigston Borough Council in exercise of its powers contained
in section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic
Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 is to vary the charges for those parking places
listed in the Schedule below and as detailed in Schedules 1 and 2 contained within the Borough of
Oadby and Wigston (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021. The variation of parking charges will come
into force on 1 April 2024.
