Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
C36 WESTHILL ROAD, CUBBINGTON, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between Stoneleigh Road roundabout and Leicester Lane roundabout.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 13 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Stoneleigh Road, A452 Kenilworth Road, A445 (Lillington Avenue, Lillington Road, Leicester Lane) and vice versa.

D4599 KINGSWAY, D4604 ELIZABETH ROAD & D4597 SOUTHLEA AVENUE,
LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Kingsway – between number 54 and number 45, Elizabeth Road – that section of road from Kingsway serving properties number 1 & 3 and Southlea Avenue – from its junction with Kingsway to Southlea Close. Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 09.00hrs-15.00 weekdays only.
Order Commences: 14 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Kingsway, Queensway, Tachbrook Road, Kingsway and vice versa. Access/ Egress to Southlea Avenue will be via Westlea Road, Lee Road & Edinburgh Crescent only. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
GALLOWS HILL, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to west bound vehicular traffic from Europa Way Roundabout to West Entrance of Technology Park.
Reason for Order: To enable continuation of works to provide a signal-controlled junction.
Order Commences: 11 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Europa Way, Banbury Road, Old Warwick Bypass, Gallows Hill. Contractor: Fitzgerald Contractors Ltd, Tel: 01213 260 402.
MYTON ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Myton Crescent to a point outside property number 199.
Reason for Order: To enable works for renewal of a water pipe.
Order Commences: 13 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: There is no available diversion.

PRESTON ROAD, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for 25mm box and meter installation.
Order Commences: 12 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 March 2024
Access & Diversion: Preston Road, New Road, Lapworth Street, Bushwood Lane, Liveridge Hill, Birmingham Road, High Street, Warwick Road, Blackford Hill, Whitley Hill, Henley Road, Rookery Lane, Preston Fields Lane and vice versa.

THE CUMSEY, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Lye Green Road and Shrewley Common.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 15 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Shrewley Common, Old Warwick Road, B4439, Station Lane, Rising Lane, Packwood Lane, A3400, High Street, A4189, Lye Green Road. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

A452 ADELAIDE ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Dormer Place and Avenue Road.
Reason for Order: Surface dressing patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 28 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: A452 Dale Street, Warwick Street, Willes Road, A425 (Radford Road, High Street, Old Warwick Road, A452 (Princes Drive, Park Lane, Avenue Road) and vice versa. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
A429 ST. NICHOLAS CHURCH STREET AND ST. JOHNS, WARWICK
Order Effect: Roads closed to southbound vehicular traffic between Weston Close and Castle Hill Roundabout.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 25 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: One-Way Diversion: A445 (Coten End, Emscote Road), Warwick New Road, Princess Drive, A452 Princes Drive, A425 (Myton Road, Banbury Road). Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only. Access will be maintained for traffic using the A445 Priory Road and A429 Smith Street. CREWE LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Crewe Lane, Kenilworth closed to vehicular traffic from 10m Northwest of the A46 from it’s junction with the A452 to it’s junction with the A45/A444.
Reason for Order: To enable replacement of a joint box frame and cover.
Order Commences: 28 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 03 April 2024.
Access & Diversion: Ashow Road, Leamington Road, Warwick Bypass, St Johns, Warwick Road, Birches Lane, Glasshouse Lane, Edwards Grove and vice versa. Contractor: John Redden Conley Utilties, Tel: 01675 446 285.
D4369 CLARENDON AVENUE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between Clarendon Place/Clarendon Square and Beauchamp Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 28 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Clarendon Road, Kenilworth Road, Lillington Avenue, Binswood Street, Clarendon Avenue and vice versa.

D4650 PROSPECT ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between Sydenham Drive roundabout and St. Margarets Road. Reason for Order: Upgrade to existing speed table and associated works, closed 09.30hrs15.30hrs, weekdays only.
Order Commences: 25 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Sydenham Drive, A425 Radford Road, B4087 Tachbrook Road, St. Helen’s Road, Grosvenor Road and vice versa.
Access/Egress to/from Waverley Road will be restricted whilst works are being carried out. Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
