NOTICE OF VARIATION OF CHARGES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fylde Borough Council pursuant to Section 35C of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and
Wales) Regulations 1996 has resolved to vary the above Order by varying the existing charges payable
at the car parks listed below to the new charges specified below:-
Location of Parking Place: St Annes Square Car Park, Wood Street Car Park
Present Charge 21st March to 31st October and 1st November to 20th March
All days - 9.00am to 6.00pm
Up to 1⁄2 hour - £0.80, 1⁄2 to 1 hour - £1.40, 1 to 2 hours - £2.50, 2 to 3 hours - £3.80, At any other time

New Charges - 21st March to 31st October and 1st November to 20th March

Other charges for transferrable tickets, motorhomes and coaches remain the same as the present
charge. The new charges detailed above shall come into effect on 3rd April 2024 and the above
mentioned Order will be varied accordingly.
