TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 26/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Western Power Distribution & their contractors to facilitate installation of new apparatus and other associated works to the highway. The proposed diversion route will be via: Garendon Way, Laundon Way, Groby & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 26/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow City Fibre to excavate and install new fibre. The proposed diversion route will be via: A5460, Narborough Road South, Lubbesthrope Way, Enderby.

TEMPORARY IMPOSITION OF 50MPH SPEED RESTRICTION
TEMPORARY IMPOSITION OF 30MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 26/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council safely undertake carriageway patching works and any other various Utility and highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site. No speed limit imposed by this order applies to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 24/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water Ltd safely undertake pipe renewal works and Leicestershire County Council to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: A607 Newark Rd South Bound.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 23/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas & their contractors to undertake installation of new apparatus. The proposed diversion route will be via: Leicester Rd, Markfield; Leicester Rd, Roundabout At The Junction Of A50 Leicester Rd And Markfield Ln, Newton Linford; Launde Rd, Ratby Ln, London Rd, Markfield & vice versa. Any existing waiting restrictions imposed on those lengths of roads as specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Cadent Gas and their contractors to undertake works safely as part of a mains renewal scheme. The proposed diversion route will be via: Whittington Drive and vice versa.

The Order will come into force on 12/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 16 weeks. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 8 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching works and forestry works and to carry out various highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

EXTENSION NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Leicestershire County Council on 31/08/2023 and which came into effect on 13/09/2023 will be continued in force until 13/09/2024 or until the works have been completed. The effect of the Order is to continue to allow for the closure of that length of footpath as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice. The footpath is being closed for public safety whilst development works continue to be undertaken. Any member of the public requiring further information should contact Environment and Transport Department on 0116 3050001. The Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the Order.

EXTENSION NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Leicestershire County Council on 19/10/2023 and which came into effect on 27/10/2023 will be continued in force until 15/03/2025, or until the works have been completed. The effect of the Order is to continue to allow for the closure of that length of road as specified in the Schedules to this Notice. The road is being closed for public safety and due to ongoing safety and structure concerns to the boundary wall whilst works are undertaken. Any member of the public requiring further information should contact Environment and Transport Department on 0116 3050001. The Leicestershire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused during the duration of the Order.
