The County of Cornwall (B3314 Between Plain Street And St Endellion Road, Port Isaac) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th March 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Port Isaac. This prohibition is necessary for gully works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th March 2024 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 weekdays only.
Road afected - B3314 Between Plain Street And St Endellion Road, Port Isaac from junction on Plain Street and junction on Road From The Barton To Junction West Of Valley View.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st March 2024 to 22nd March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for structural carriageway repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd April 2024 to 23rd April 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road afected - Bodmin Road, B3274 From Bojea Mill To Drummers Hill, St Austell from Priory Car Park entrance to Drummers Hill.

Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Prohibition of Trafc Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 5th March 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Road From Junction With Eden Access Road To Croft Farm Park St Blazey between Road To Starrick Moor and Road To Innis Moor. The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed due to damaged carriageway surface.
The Order will come into operation on 6th March 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 13th March 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 14th February 2024 for a period of 21 days.
Nothing in this Order will apply to trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
