THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (WEST RUISLIP PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) WR ZONES ORDER 2024
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 1st March 2024 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Establish permit parking places in parts of Providence Road, Whitethorn Avenue and Whitethorn Place, Yiewsley (operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone Y1 permit.
3. Introduce waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ with sections of ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions to prevent obstructive parking in parts of Providence Road, Whitethorn Avenue and Whitethorn Place, Yiewsley.
4. Establish a permit parking place in Whitstable Close, Ruislip (operational ‘9.30am to 10.30am and 3.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday’) in which a vehicle may be left during the permitted hours if it displays a valid Zone WR2 permit.

All above charges could be subject to change.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 11th March 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

WINDERMERE WAY, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Providence Road.
MAPLE AVENUE, YIEWSLEY –
i) At the junction with Providence Road.
ii) At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
EDGAR ROAD, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
ACACIA AVENUE, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
POPLAR AVENUE, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
LABURNUM AVENUE, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
LILAC PLACE, YIEWSLEY – At the junction with Whitethorn Avenue.
WHITSTABLE CLOSE, RUISLIP – To apply throughout Whitstable Close, except the section on the west side of the road where there is a Zone WR2 permit holder parking place
