THE HILLINGDON (WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO. 13) ORDER 2024
THE HILLINGDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2022 (AMENDMENT NO. 17) ORDER 2024 
THE HILLINGDON 
(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (WEST DRAYTON) (RESIDENTS) WD ZONES ORDER 2022 (AMENDMENT NO. 5) ORDER 2024
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 1st March 2024 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside Nos. 1 – 10 Towers Court, Pole Hill Road, Hillingdon
ii) Outside the rear of Wallis House Cottage Close on Sharps Lane, Ruislip
iii) Outside No. 13 Wilstone Close, Hayes
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations: 
i) Outside No. 108 Dulverton Road, Ruislip
ii) Outside No. 37 Crest Gardens, Ruislip
iii) Outside No. 25 Warwick Road, West Drayton and revert to a Zone WD1 permit holder parking place
4. Convert the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions along the section of Station Road, West Drayton south of the junction with Colham Mill Road, southwards for a distance of 14.3 metres.
5. Remove 5 metres of ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions outside No. 67 Derwent Drive, Hayes.
6. Extend the existing Zone WD1 permit holder parking place adjacent to Nos. 1 & 3 Hatton Grove, West Drayton by 5.1 metres northeastwards.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 11th March 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS CHURCH WALK, HAYES – From the junction with Wood End, adjacent to Nos. 1 & 2 Barra Hall Villas.
DENE ROAD, NORTHWOOD – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside Nos. 3 to 5 Dene Road northwards by 1.9 metres. 
HATTON GROVE, WEST DRAYTON – All sides of the road near Nos. 1 & 3 and Nos. 32 & 34 Hatton Grove.
JUDGE HEATH LANE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines from the junction with Varcoe Gardens opposite Nos. 47 to 61 Judge Heath Lane.
MILDRED AVENUE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines adjacent to No. 67 Waltham Avenue by 6 metres.
SEAFORD CLOSE, RUISLIP – Extend the existing restrictions on the corner adjacent to No. 71 Seaford Close.
COLERIDGE WAY, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction with Wordsworth Way.
WORDSWORTH WAY, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction with Coleridge Way.
