What is happening?

THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
BELTON ROAD, MEADOW LANE, LOUGHBOROUGH
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 23/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council safely undertake carriageway patching works and any other various Utility and highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

Belton Rd, between Meadow Ln & Jubilee Dr. Meadow Lane, between the Nottinghamshire Boundary, Stanford on Soar & Station Boulevard, Loughborough.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 11/03/2024 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 weeks. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Leicestershire County Council safely undertake footpath maintenance works and any other various Utility and highway maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Leicester Rd, Cambridge St & vice versa.
