ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following
Temporary Traffic Orders:
B4455 FOSSE WAY, COMBROOK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the B4086 Compton Hill/Frizz Hill Roundabout (Bowshoot Island) and its junction with Walton Road. In addition, a 40mph speed limit will be inmposed on B4455 Fosse Way from its junction with Combrook Road for a distance of 2km in a southerly direction (both north & southbound traffic).
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, overnight weeknights only, 20.00hrs-06.00hrs, 40mph Speed Limit required for the safety of all road users whilst the road is open.
Order Commences: 4 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: B4086 (Frizz Hill, Kineton Road, Warwick Road, Charlecote Road), A429, A422, B4455 Fosse Way and vice versa.

B4103 CLINTON LANE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed between Beehive Hill and Castle Green.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 7 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 9 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Clockwise: Beehive Hill, Upper Spring Lane, A429 Coventry Road, New Street), A452 Bridge Street, B4104 (Abbey Hill, Abbey End), B4013 (The Square, Borrowell Lane, Castle Road).
Anti-Clockwise: B4013 (Castle Road, Borrowell Lane, The Square), B4104 (Abbey End, Abbey Hill), A452 (Bridge Street, Fieldgate Lane, Beehive Hill).

BEDFORD STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with St Peters Road and Dormer Place.
Reason for Order: To enable works to renew a water hydrant.
Order Commences: 6 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 8 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Dormer Place, Adelaide Road, Dale Street, Regent Street and vice versa.

NORMANDY CLOSE, BUDBROOKE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic at its junction with Arras Boulevard.
Reason for Order: To enable works to renew 2 sluice valves.
Order Commences: 4 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Access to residents will be maintained throughout these works.

SHAWS LANE, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Five Ways Road and Birmingham Road. Reason for Order: To enable works to rebuild sluice valve chamber.
Order Commences: 4 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 6 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Five Ways Road, Birmingham Road, Shaws Lane and vice versa.

TACHBROOK PARK DRIVE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Tachbrook Court to Tachbrook Link.
Reason for Order: To enable works to repair/replace defective manhole frame and cover, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 3 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Tachbrook Park Drive, Heathcote Lane, Europa Way and vice versa.

CUBBINGTON ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between the Cubbington Road service road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to rebuild air valve chamber.
Order Commences: 16 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Cubbington Road and vice versa. Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
CASTLE LANE & BACK LANE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Castle Lane closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Back Lane to its junction with West Street. In addition, traffic will be prohibited from making both a right and a left turn from High Street into Back Lane.
Reason for Order: To enable works for the laying of duct.
Order Commences: 18 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Back Lane, High Street, West Street. Contractor: Callan Connect, Tel: 01213 275 167.
COVENTRY ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Vehicular traffic will be prohibited from making a left turn from Coventry Road into Guys Cliffe Park Road.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works for electricity cable reinforcement scheme.
Order Commences: 21 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 23 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Coventry Road.

D42640 EDMONDSCOTE ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA Order Effect: Road closed between the junctions of Princes Drive.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 20 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 March 2024.

Order Effect: Road closed between the junction of Lillington Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 08.00hrs-17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 20 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

Order Effect: Road closed between Barrowfield Lane and Brookside Avenue.

Anticipated Completion: 19 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Brookside Avenue, Mercia Avenue, Barrowfield Lane and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed between Telford Avenue and St Andrew’s Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.

Anticipated Completion: 20 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Telford Avenue, Montrose Avenue, Lime Avenue, Kinross Road and vice versa.

D4159 WHARF STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed between Broad Street and Charles Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 09.00hrs-16.00hrs, weekdays and Sundays.
Order Commences: 17 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Wharf Road, A445 Emscote Road, Charles Street and vice versa.

HANWORTH ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between points outside properties number 63 to 79.
Reason for Order: To enable works for the renewal of a water pipe.
Order Commences: 19 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 March 2023.
Access & Diversion: Hanworth Road, Cape Road, Upper Cape and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
