THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL
(OXGANGS BRAE) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND
TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024 – TEMP/24/15
The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate SPEN joint bay excavation and cable installation works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of Oxgangs Brae, from the south gable end of No. 45, north-westwards for 20m. The order shall have effect from 4/3/24 to 24/3/24. The alternative route for vehicular traffic is via Caiystane Gdns, Oxgangs Bank, Oxgangs Broadway & Oxgangs Brae.
