TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has now made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpaths referred to in the schedule below to facilitate the new housing development at Holden Fold in Darwen The Order becomes effective on 29th February 2024 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. Any queries concerning the closure should be made by telephoning Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council on 01254 585114 or alternatively emailing Public.rightofway@blackburn.gov.uk.
