Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn a'i effaith yw:

1) Gosod terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya dros dro ar hyd y darn hwnnw o'r B5381 Ffordd Isaf Dinbych, Llanelwy yn Sir Ddinbych, sy'n ymestyn i'r de o bwynt 40 metr i'r gogledd o'i chyffordd a Ffordd Wigfair am bellter o tua 372 metr.

Bydd y terfyn 10 mya mewn grym pan fo gwaith hebrwng yn mynd rhagddo ar unrhyw ddiwrnod.

2) Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag goddiweddyd ar y rhan honno o'r ffordd.

Mae angen cyflwyno'r cyfyngiad er mwyn diogelu gweithlu Uned Waith Cyngor Sir Ddinbych with iddynt osod wyneb newydd ar y ffordd.

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 4 Mawrth 2024 am ddeunaw mis, neu hyd at y dyddiad y cwblheir y gwaith ynghynt. Disgwylir i'r gwaith barhau tan tua 15 Mawrth 2024.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

B5381 LOWER DENBIGH ROAD, ST. ASAPH

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION AND NO OVERTAKING ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order the effect of which is to:

1) Impose temporarily a 10 mph speed limit along that length of B5381 Lower Denbigh Road St. Asaph in the County of Denbigh which extends southward from a point 40 metres north of its junction with Wigfair Road for a distance of approximately 372 metres.

The 10 mph limit will apply when convoy work is in force on any given day.

2) Prohibit all vehicles from overtaking in the said length of road.

The reason for the restriction is to facilitate the safety of workmen during resurfacing works by Denbighshire County Council - Works Unit.

The Order commences on 4th March 2024 for eighteen months or the earlier completion of the works. The works are expected to last approximately until 15th March 2024.
