What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(B1230 WEST HILL, SOUTH CAVE) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2024

1. East Riding of Yorkshire Council proposes to make a Road Traffc Regulation Order the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding at a speed exceeding 50 mph on the following length of road:
Road - Extent
B1230 West Hill, From its junction with A1034 South Cave Kettlethorpe Hill, South Cave in a north easterly direction, to a point 411 metres from its junction with A1034 Kettlethorpe Hill, South Cave. A total distance of 411 metres.
2.A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order are available for inspection at Brough Customer Service Centre, Petuaria Centre, Centurion Way, Brough, HU15 1AY. A copy of the street notice and relevant plan have been placed on the council’s website (East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Traffc Management and Road Safety). Any enquiries relating to these proposals may be made to Traffc & Parking Services, Directorate of Communities & Environment (Ref: MH), Beverley Depot, Annie Reed Road, Beverley, HU17 0LF telephone (01482) 395628 during normal offce hours.
3. Objections to the proposed Order, stating the grounds for objection, should be emailed to mike.goodison@eastriding.gov.uk or sent in writing to Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Directorate of Corporate Resources (MG/83041), County Hall, Beverley by 14 March 2024.
