(ACCESS ROAD LEADING TO HERTFORD THEATRE, HERTFORD) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the East Hertfordshire District Council with the consent of Hertfordshire County Council in Order to improve road safety and improve the amenities of the area, proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions in part of Hertford, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
Documents giving more detailed particulars may be inspected from 29 February 2024 during normal office hours at the offices of East Hertfordshire District Council, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford SG13 8EQ or viewed online at www.eastherts.gov.uk/traffic-orders General enquiries should be referred to Dominique Kingsbury, East Hertfordshire District Council, Parking Service: email at parking@eastherts.gov.uk or telephone: 01279 502 039.
Objections to the proposals, stating the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to East Hertfordshire District Council, Parking Service, Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford SG13 8EQ or parking@eastherts.gov.uk. The deadline for responses is 24 March 2024.
Schedule: No waiting at any time – effecting that section of road herein listed and as set out in the Order and its accompanying plan: Access road leading to Hertford Theatre, Hertford.
Consulting on this scheme is a statutory duty of the District Council.
