The County of Cornwall (Road From The A390 Roundabout At Threemilestone To Penventinnie Lane, Threemilestone) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Threemilestone. 
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th March 2024 to 14th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road afected - Road From The A390 Roundabout At Threemilestone To Penventinnie Lane, Threemilestone between grid reference SW78079 45418 and the property named Little Governs.

The County of Cornwall (A3047 Dual Carriageway Eastbound From Barncoose Terrace To Avers Roundabout, Redruth) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for gully and seeding works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st March 2024 to 22nd March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. Roads afected - A3047 Dual Carriageway Eastbound From Barncoose Terrace To Avers Roundabout, Redruth between Tolgus Roundabout and Blowinghouse Roundabout, A3047 Dual Carriageway Westbound From Avers Roundabout To Barncoose Terrace, Redruth between Tolgus Roundabout and Blowinghouse Roundabout, Tolgus Vean, Redruth between Tesco Roundabout to the junction of A3047 Dual Carriageway Westbound From Avers Roundabout To Barncoose Terrace.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being A3078 Between Denas Water And Tregony Hill, A3078 Between Tregony Hill And Junction East Of Sunny Corner, Tregony between the properties named Gregor Barn and Taddiport Cottage for approximately 266 metres. The Council is satisfed that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out poling works.
The Order will come into operation on 25th March 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th March 2024. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for fbre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th March 2024 to 18th March 2024. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected 
that the closure will be from 11th March 2024 to 12th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Cornwall Council
Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Trafc Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 20th August 2023 continuing to prohibit the use by trafc over an area of highway being Bridleway 29, Kenwyn for its entire length.
The Order which commenced on the 21st August 2023 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 1st August 2024. The continuance of this Order, which was to have expired on the 21st February 2024 has been approved by the Secretary of State for Transport.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfed that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difculties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public of way to carry out construction works.
Nothing in this Order will apply to trafc associated with the works required within the highway specifed above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police ofcer.
