Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Goldsithney. This prohibition is necessary for fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th March 2024 to 11th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Queen Street, Goldsithney for its entire length

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Goldsithney. This prohibition is necessary for works for installation of infrastucture for fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 26th March 2024 to 2nd April 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From St Hilary To Halamanning, Goldsithney for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th March 2024 to 15th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Suryan. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th March 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Road Between St Suryan And Trevorgans Cross Near Crows An Wra, St Suryan between the Trevorgans Cross and the junction of Access Track to Boscarne Farm.

Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being The Burrows St Ives for its entire length

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (St Ives) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1990 Trewidden Road (Unclassified) from its junction with Higher Trewidden Road to the entrance to the Trenwith Car Park

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 11th March 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 23rd March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 to 0600 hours on a daily basis, weekends included

Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

This prohibition is necessary for trenching for substation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th March 2024 to 12th April 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Prospect Place, Hayle between the junctions of Chapel Lane and Trevassack Court.
