What is happening?

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024

The Council has made the above-named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in Kersiebank Avenue, Hamilton Road, Smallburn Place, Grangemouth from 09:30 until 18:00 on 05/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Water Works to be undertaken.

1. This order prohibits waiting on Kersiebank Avenue, Hamilton Road, Smallburn Place , Grangemouth from a point adjacent to Newbiggin Road in a southerly direction on both sides for approximately 200 metres or thereby.

The Council has made the above-named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in Acre Road, Bo'ness from 07:30 on 07/03/24 until 23:59 on 20/03/24. The prohibition is to allow for Scottish Water works to be undertaken.

2. This order prohibits waiting on Acre Road, Bo'ness from a point adjacent to Carriden Brae in a westerly direction on both sides for approximately 25 metres or thereby.
