ORDER) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council have
made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit
vehicles from proceeding along Gordon Street, of its junction with
Oldham Road for a distance of 10 meters in a Westerly direction.
The prohibition is required to allow the safe installation of a new
sewer manhole cover in the carriageway.
The closure will be operative from 19:00 hours until 22:00 hours on
5th March 2024.
There are no other alternative routes available.
(FLETCHER STREET, ROCHDALE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES)
(TEMPORARILY PROHIBIT VEHICLES FROM WAITING
AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made
an Order, the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from
proceeding along or waiting at any time on Fletcher Street from the
junction with Oldham Road to a point 10 metres in a Easterly direction.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Hurst Street, Canal
Street, Oldham Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate the safe installation of a new sewer
manhole cover supply in the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 09.00 hours on the 3rd March 2024
until 15:00 hours on the 3rd March 2024.
(NIXON STREET & ROYLE BARN ROAD), ROCHDALE
(TEMPORARY PRHIBITION OF VEHICLES)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council have
made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily:
(1) Prohibit vehicles from proceeding along or waiting at any time
along Royal Barn Road from its junction with Manchester Road for
a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction.
(2) Prohibit vehicles from proceeding along or waiting at any time
along Nixon Street from its junction with Manchester Road for a
distance of 40 metres in a westerly direction
The Order is required for the safe installation of a new cycle way at
the junction of Manchester Road.
The diversion routes will be signed onsite.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 hours on 4th March 2024 until
17:00 hours on the 5th March 2024.
(PARTINGTON STREET, ROCHDALE
(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY TRAFFIC ORDER)
(TEMPORARY PRHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council have
made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily:
(1) Suspend (part of) THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF ROCHDALE
(HEYWOOD ROAD AND PARTINGTON STREET (ONE-WAY TRAFFIC)
ORDER 1968
Schedule item 2 Partington Street
In so far as vehicles will be able to travel in both directions along
the entire length of Partington Street, Rochdale
(2) To temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Partington
Street from its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of
20 metres in a northerly direction
The Order is required for the safe installation of a new cycle way at
the junction of Manchester Road.
Residential access will be maintained.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 hours on 4th March 2024 until
17:00 hours on the 5th March 2024.
