(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for cleaning of SWW sewer pipes and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th March 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Blowinghouse Lane, Bodmin from Challacott Barn to outside No 1.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for installation of statutory fibre network and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th March 2024 to 27th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Junction North Of Cadwin To Old Coach Road, Bodmin for its entire length.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 25th March 2024 to 27th March 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Coombe Road To Junction South West Of Coombe, St Austell from Honeycomb Lodge to Tarka Lodge.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 8th February 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footway between Trenance Avenue and Robartes Road, Newquay for its entire length.
The Order which commenced on the 9th February 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 12th April 2024.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out works to an unsafe wall.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 26th February 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Boscastle. This prohibition is necessary for new frame and cover works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th March 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.
Roads affected - High Street, Boscastle between the junction of Paradise Road and property known as Cobblers and Road From High Street To Trevalga Road, Boscastle between the junctions of High Street and Trevalga Road.
