(TRAFFIC REGULATION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER
Notice is hereby given that North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the
introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be implement No
Stopping to facilitate access for emergency vehicles on Centre Park Court, Coatbridge
by amending The North Lanarkshire Council (Coatbridge Area) (Traffic Regulation)
(Consolidation) Order 2018 as detailed below.
ADD SCHEDULE XVIII
NO STOPPING EXCEPT AMBULANCES
Centre Park Court, Coatbridge from a point 110 metres west of the extended west
kerbline of Centre Park Drive, westwards for a distance of 38 metres or thereby on the
south side of the road.

(Centre Park Court, Coatbridge) Proposed (Coatbridge Area) (Traffic Regulation)
(Consolidation) Order, together with plans and a statement of reasons are available
for inspection on the Council’s website at https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/yourcommunity/
working-communities/consultations or alternatively a hard copy is available
during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the office of the
Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre,
Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB.
Any person wishing to object to the proposal must do so in writing to the Head of Legal
and Democratic Solutions, North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street,
Motherwell ML1 1AB or by sending an email to troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later
than Wednesday, 27 March 2024. Objections must contain the name,
address and contact details of the objector, the matters to which they relate
and the grounds on which they are made.
