LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2024, T.J Morris Limited applied to Cornwall Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains, Unit 1 Dunmere Road Retail Park, Bodmin PL31 2QN. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or by email to licensing@cornwall.gov. uk no later than the 15th March 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Cornwall Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
