ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D4295 BEVERLEY ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Northumberland Road and Guys Cliffe.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and associated works, 08.00hrs-17.00hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 26 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Northumberland Road, A445 (Binswood Street Roundabout, Rugby Road), Guys Cliffe Avenue and vice versa. Access/Egress to/from The Fairways, Wheathill Close and Cliffe Road will be restricted while works are in progress.

D45910 SWADLING STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Effect of Order: D45910 Swadling Street, Leamington Spa is closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Lee Road and Kennan Avenue.
Reason for Order: To safely enable carriageway patching and associated works. Road closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Effective from: 1 March 2024 for up to 18 months or until works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
Anticipated Completion Date: 1 March 2024
Access & Diversion: An alternative route will be signed and is available via: Lee Road, Bury Road, Kennan Avenue and vice versa.

Order Effect: Road closed between Kennan Avenue and Bury Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 1 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Kennan Avenue and Bury Road and vice versa.

MAIN STREET, NORTON LINDSEY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Repair and replacement of manhole, closed 07.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 29 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: Main Street, Wolverton Road, New Road and vice versa.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM EAST GROVE TO EAGLE STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Footpath closed to all traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable boundary box renewal.
Order Commences: 26 February 2024 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 February 2024.
Access & Diversion: No diversion possible.

LANSDOWNE ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Laying of approx. 80m of duct in carriageway.
Order Commences: 27 February 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 March 2024
Access & Diversion: No diversion possible.

PUBLIC CYCLE WAY FROM COVENTRY ROAD TO GUYS CLIFFE TERRACE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Cycle Way closed to ALL traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable essential utility works.
Order Commences: 26 February 2024 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 February 2024.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
C36 WESTHILL ROAD, CUBBINGTON, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed between Stoneleigh Road roundabout and Leicester Lane roundabout.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 13 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Stoneleigh Road, A452 Kenilworth Road, A445 (Lillington Avenue, Lillington Road, Leicester Lane) and vice versa.

D4599 KINGSWAY, D4604 ELIZABETH ROAD & D4597 SOUTHLEA AVENUE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Kingsway – between number 54 and number 45, Elizabeth Road – that section of road from Kingsway serving properties number 1 & 3 and Southlea Avenue – from its junction with Kingsway to Southlea Close.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 09.00hrs-15.00hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 14 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Kingsway, Queensway, Tachbrook Road, Kingsway and vice versa. Access/Egress to Southlea Avenue will be via Westlea Road, Lee Road & Edinburgh Crescent only.

GALLOWS HILL, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to west bound vehicular traffic from Europa Way Roundabout to West Entrance of Technology Park.
Reason for Order: To enable continuation of works to provide a signal-controlled junction.
Order Commences: 11 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Europa Way, Banbury Road, Old Warwick Bypass, Gallows Hill.

MYTON ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from its junction with Myton Crescent to a point outside property number 199.
Reason for Order: To enable works for renewal of a water pipe.
Order Commences: 13 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 18 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: There is no available diversion.

PRESTON ROAD, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for 25mm box and meter installation.
Order Commences: 12 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Preston Road, New Road, Lapworth Street, Bushwood Lane, Liveridge Hill, Birmingham Road, High Street, Warwick Road, Blackford Hill, Whitley Hill, Henley Road, Rookery Lane, Preston Fields Lane and vice versa.

THE CUMSEY, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between the junctions of Lye Green Road and Shrewley Common.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 15 March 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 March 2024.
Access & Diversion: Shrewley Common, Old Warwick Road, B4439, Station Lane, Rising Lane, Packwood Lane, A3400, High Street, A4189, Lye Green Road.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
