What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

Little Hay Ln, Little Hay. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=137085047. The Order will come into operation on 13/3/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the decayed BT pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

North St, Burntwood. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=137151735. The Order will come into operation on 11/3/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 14/3/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new water connection, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Barracks Ln, Walsall. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=136910017. The Order will come into operation on 11/3/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 15/3/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the repair and replace hydrant, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

A temporary 10MPH Speed Limit and One Way Order (where appropriate) will also be in force on each road. The Order will come into operation on 04/3/24 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 31/10/24. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the preventative pre patching works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the roads have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
