TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 400624 - 3/103 TO SNOWSHILL ROAD (NAUNTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400624 - 3/103 to Snowshill Road from Snowshill Road to B4068 to the road adjacent to Parkers Barn for a distance of approximately 1147 metres. The reason for the closure is for maintenance works to telecommunication apparatus. The above road is expected to be closed from the 28th February 2024 until 6th March 2024 only or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later. TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF B4479 STATION ROAD (BLOCKLEY PARISH) (MORETON-IN-MARSH TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)

to temporarily close part of B4479 Station Road from outside the property known as 'Wellacres Farm' to

outside the property known as 'Longmeadow' for a distance of approximately 887 metres.

The reason for the closure is to carry out Level Crossing barrier maintenance and adjustment works.

The road is expected to be closed from 23:00 on the 26th February 2024 until 05:00 on the 27th February

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE C140 ROAD FROM RISSINGTON ROAD THROUGH LITTLE RISSINGTON (LITTLE RISSINGTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C140 Road from Rissington through Little Rissington from outside the property known as 'The Lodge' to outside the property known as 'Hillside House' for a distance of approximately 330 metres. The reason for the closure is for BT Pole testing.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE OF U48009 GRANGE ROAD, NORTHWAY (ASHCHURCH RURAL PARISH) TEWKESBURY BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended)

to temporarily close part of the U48009 Grange Road, Northway from its junction with the Railway Level

Crossing to a point 850 metres East of the Railway Line for a total distance of approximately 850 metres.

The reason for the intended closure is for barrier maintenance and adjustment works

The said road is expected to be closed from 23:00pm on 25th February 2024 until 05:00am on

26th February 2024 only or until the works have been completed. For further information, please contact

URGENT CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH HSW 4 (STOW ON THE WOLD TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order, to temporarily close, under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), Public Footpath HSW 4 and Class 6 Highway Church Walk (Road Number 60508 (Stow-on-the-Wold), from its junction with the A429 Road and then extending in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 90 metres to its junction with Church Street. The said Public Footpath, and Class 6 Highway, falls within the Town of Stow on the Wold within the Cotswold District, in the County of Gloucestershire.

The said closure is necessary to protect the public while essential repairs to an unsafe wall are completed.

There will be no stopping or waiting on the roads for the duration of the works

The reason for the said closures is for highway carriageway resurfacing and patching works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted on a rolling programme commencing 11th March 2024

where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further

advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect.

This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the said roads in any order, or simultaneously as required,

and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st October 2024. For further information, please contact

The said Public Footpath and Highway was originally closed by Emergency Notice commencing 09th February 2024. However, as the works to remedy the problem have not been completed it is necessary to close the Public Footpath by an Order which can authorise the closure for up to six months from the date of the Order This legal Order comes into effect on the 29th February 2024. If work to remedy the problem is not completed within the said 6 month period, then it will be necessary to make an application to the Secretary of State for an extension to the Order.

The alternative route: as shown on the Order Plan. Pedestrian access and emergency access will NOT be maintained throughout the works as access can still be gained from the other end of the street and via Church yard. DATE: 22nd February 2024. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 400662 - 4/662 JUNCTION THROUGH CHURCH WESTCOTE TO COUNTY BOUNDARY (WESTCOTE PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 400662 - 4/662 the junction through Church Westcote to the County Boundary from outside the property known as 'Midsummer Cottage' to outside the property known as 'fox Hollow', for a distance of approximately 109 metres. The reason for the closure is for works for a new service connection.
